With our mission being to highlight the beauty and importance of seasonal eating by showcasing how everyone can make delicious and sustainable meals using locally sourced produce.
Cooking with Danish, local ingredients
For events of any size, Grønt Marked Kitchen offers exceptional catering using only the finest, sustainably-grown Danish ingredients. From intimate dinner parties to large-scale weddings and company functions, our skilled chefs will craft a customized farm-to-table experience that delights the senses.
We work closely with local farmers and artisan food producers to source the freshest seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and more. Every dish is a celebration of the incredible flavors that can be coaxed from high-quality ingredients treated with respect. Whether you desire elegant plated meals, bountiful buffets, or creative canapes, our catering menus showcase the very best of what each season has to offer.
In addition to our catering, Grønt Marked Kitchen extends its passion for seasonal cooking every Sunday at Grønt Marked, located at four different venues across Copenhagen. Each Sunday from May to December, we prepare a special dish featuring seasonal ingredients. Alongside our savoury meals we also offer dessert for those of us with a sweet tooth.

We believe all farmers should have the possibility to sell at a fair price directly to the consumers – at the same time, consumers should have access to fresh, seasonal, local and healthy food. In this sense, Farmers Market are an important step towards connecting local farmers and end-consumers, cutting out the middleman. Moreover, Farmers Market are places where to build relations – they contribute to creating a transparent food-shopping alternative where human connection and community comes first.
Lokale, sæsonbestemte og bæredygtigt dyrkede grøntsager, frugter, svampe, korn og blomster. Etiske og bæredygtige animalske produkter såsom æg, ost, mælk, kød og pålæg. Man kan desværre ikke booke markedet. Markedet er ikke tænkt som underholdning, men som et regulær tilbagevendene alternativ til at købe ind. Hovedformålet er at give producenterne en platform til at sælge deres varer direkte til dem som spiser dem, samtidigt med at forbrugerne skal have kunne købe god, sund mad mens de lærer om fødevaresystemet. For at skabe et succesfuldt marked for os, skal fokus altid ligge på dyrkerne på landet og deres råvarer.
Alle producenterne modtager MobilePay og kontanter. Nogle af dem kan også tage imod kort.
Vi anbefaler at du medbringer din egne poser hjemmefra. De fleste producenter bruger genanvendelig emballage når muligt, men ost og juice er nogle gange indpakket i plastik. Alle producenterne bruger bionedbrydelige materialer til at indpakke råvarerne - når nødvendigt - som lever op til kravene fra Fødevarestyrelsen.
Grønt Marked finder sted under åben himmel, så der er ikke meget læ at finde.
